AMD vs INTEL Processor

Ok lets , continue with another part to build a powerful pc. This is important part of your computer, ok i wish to update the poll but since i have not enough members to vote for the poll before so i will change the poll later. So what are the best thing of the latest processor now? As what we knows , AMD and Intel both manufactured the best processor ever done today with Quad Core Processor. What does it mean by Quad Core, actually it is the 4 processor running at the same time. Can you imagine that? How fast your computer can be.
